Our goal is to provide quality legal services to all our clients in a timely manner.  No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our Professionals, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our firm’s policy regarding missed appointments: -

 

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. It means that we have reserved a time in our schedule to meet up with you exclusively and in order to be respectful of our Professionals and other clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

How to cancel your Appointment

​

If you need to make a cancellation, please send an email to us two(2) working days before the appointment time.  Alternatively call us at (+65) 6820 0772 (Main Office Number) between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

​

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than two (2) working days before the appointment time. A no-show is when a Client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the Client a “missed” appointment fee according to the charges as set out in the Table of Cancellation Charges below.

Short Cancellation Policy

​

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request two (2) working days’ notice or 48 hours. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without two (2) working days’ notice, will incur a minimum charges as set out in the Table of Cancellation Charges below.. 

 

As appointments with our Professionals are in high demand, we seek your kind understanding in giving us advance notices as it will allow another client fair access to that appointment time.

The above applies to all appointments made with Y S Chung Law Corporation, including but not limited to, in-person meetings, scheduled telephone calls and video calls.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

 

We may not be able to attend to you or guarantee you a slot on the same day once you are late or miss your appointment. You can approach our Inquiry Officer to try to book another appointment on the same day, or you can reschedule your appointment to another date and time.
