Bernard Chung is a recognised litigation and arbitration lawyer, mediator and conciliator in Singapore. He is a Founder of the Firm and spearheads the firm’s Crisis Management Team.
​
Bernard Chung is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and has notable litigation and advisory experience. While Bernard Chung is a strong believer in achieving value for clients by employing interest based negotiation strategies with a view to avoiding litigation where possible, he employs rigorous litigation where necessary.

His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in corporate disputes arising from a variety of issues such as contractual claims, construction disputes, contentious probate, debt recovery, landlord-tenant disputes, shareholders’ disputes, breach of directors’ duties, negligence, fraud, conspiracy, misrepresentation, defamation, breach of contract and wrongful termination. He also handles a number of divorce, probate, personal injury and professional negligence claims.

Indumathi Jeyaraj is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team in our Firm and she practises in the areas of International Arbitration, Civil & Commercial disputes, Family Law and Estate Planning.

She graduated with 2nd Class Upper Honours in Law and a Distinction in Masters of Science (International Business) from the University of Nottingham and is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
​
Being a gifted litigator, she is the preferred choice of many Clients who trust her to help them navigate through a myriad of complex civil and commercial cases which ranges from family divorce to construction disputes.
Given her postgraduate training in International Business, she contributes a unique and holistic perspective on commercial disputes and this has helped facilitate the amicable settlement of several parties in the past.
Indumathi is also very passionate in helping Clients in family cases, particularly for those who have suffered domestic abuse. Her intimate knowledge of her Clients and understanding of the Court system has helped her Clients navigate through the painful and psychological considerations which they may face in the legal system.

Before entering Law Practice, Indumathi was a Specialist Trainer for Drama, Debating and Public Speaking Workshops at several prestigious schools in Singapore. She was also awarded the coveted Gold Medal for being a distinguished young Diplomat of the United Nations Association of Singapore. During her postgraduate studies, she served as an esteemed President of the Nottingham University (Masters of Business Society) in England and created a vibrant network of members who were passionate about business and networking.
